 "Poor shower"
Hotel and location was great , the staff on entering where fabulous and I loved the hot cookie that we received on arrival, the only failing was the shower......very bad pressure, even when you tried to increase the pressure the temperature reduced

 "Perfect Location, excellent hotel"
We booked this hotel as our daughter was due to start university at South Bank, and found a good deal through Easytobook.com. She got her dates wrong, so my wife and I ended up having a weekend in London to ourselves. This hotel is perfectly positioned within 2 minutes walk of the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. Tower Hill tube station is a hop and a skip away and it is on a good many of London's main bus routes. I would certainly recommend travelling in by public transport as there is little to no parking and the hotel is inside the congestion zone. The hotel itself is very modern, clean and very well appointed. The staff are very helpful, and overall it was a very pleasant stay. I would also recommend a drink on the roof terrace as the views both by day and by night are stunning.
