 "Great location (just up from "little venice" & a few blocks from bus..."
Pros: Great location (just up from "little venice" & a few blocks from bus station), excellent & very clean facilities, superb breakfast, very friendly staff
Cons: No pool at this location -- think there is a pool at their other location near the beaches

Conveniently situated only 200 metres from the city centre and the public bus terminal to the beaches, the Pelican hotel enjoys a splendid panoramic view of Mykonos town. The property is housed in a typical Cycladic-style building, within walking distance of the town's characteristic winding alleys, whitewashed cube-shaped houses, picturesque old harbour, and pedestrian streets lined with numerous restaurants, bustling shops and world-famous nightspots. The hotel offers a charming enviornment, with refurbished interiors and a kind, helpful staff. Warm hospitality and modern comforts will make your stay an extremely pleasant one. The reconstruction and restoration of the hotel began in the summer 2005 for upper floor and will be completed by the summer 2007 for the whole building, with particular care and respect for tradition.
