Good service, very friendly desk staff. Keep in mind, I'm really not that picky of a person. The first room we were assigned smelled like old, stale cigarette smoke which engulfed us as soon as we opened the room door, but they happily transferred us to a new room. They missed giving us a wakeup call, which was rather important. As I left for breakfast in the a.m., four staff stood about seven feet from the front door smoking, and I had to walk through their cloud, but they were nice. The carpet in the rooms was questionable; as I said, I'm actually not a picky person, but I didn't feel comfortable walking barefoot on it. I think the smell and the carpet were due more to this being an older facility than anything else. I was just disappointed because I read a lot of reviews and I expected more. Otherwise, if these things don't bother you, it's a great deal.
