Given the age of the Broker, the service was satisfactory. The interior is dark and in need of updating. Convenient location to visit Boulder and the University of Colorado . . . wonderful places to visit.

The front desk staff were very nice and they were helpful. The room was clean and actually ready early which was convenient,. Overnight was a little noisy in the hallway but it was St. Patrick's Day weekend in a college town wo it was not unexpected. Check out was very easy and the breakfast was ready on time. I would stay here again,

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Time to replace coffee pot, as the pot had build up.under the handle and did not perk well, coffee tasted like colored water. TV selection was minimal.Will definitely stay here again.
