 "Nice hotel but somewhat snooty customer service"
The hotel was nice but overpriced. We found out upon arrival that we could have paid 1/2 as a walk-in. Customer service was lacking and front desk personnel were kind of snooty and had an air of we don;t care coz we are better than you.
