 "Mostly satisfied"
Everything was great except our room was very hot at night. It was Christmas and the weather was very cold and rainy out. I told the front desk clerk who said they would see about it but never did. We had to sleep with the window partially open to let in the outside cold air because the unit would not work properly. Other than being uncomfortable with the indoor climate, our room was great!! Very clean and roomy and near all the shopping areas. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
