 "The pool and the breakfast are great. The rest is terrible."
Breakfast staff , service and food is excellent. The pool and pool area are nicely maintained and the pool setting along the river is really nice. The housekeeping staff was very freindly and willing to help when called upon but I had no maid service at all in my 3 night stay despite being out of the room from 10 or 11 am to 5 pm everyday. The rooms are beat up and run down. The windows are dirty. I know they don't wash windows in the rooms constantly but all of the entrance and exit doors were really dirty. The restaurant may be under seperate management, but it has major issues with service and food quality. The very young hostess and waitress were doing thier best but were completely overwhelmed and seemed to be left to manage beyond their abilities. This motel needs new management in the housekeeping and restaurant.
