there was no iron available in the entire hotel so after travelling i had to go to my meeting the next day with a very creased shirt. no room service available despite confirmation that it was. wireless internet connection did not work in the first room i was in so had to move.
i was told i could easily get a taxi from the hotel but when i asked the security person by the taxi rank the following morning he laughed and said he did not know i could get a taxi (we were standing by an empty one!) and told me i could catch a bus!!
whilst the facilities such as tennis etc are good, the rooms are poor, satellite tv is not tuned, internet connection is dependent upon room and where you sit in the room, no iron, hair in the bath etc etc.
i wcould not wait to leave and had a terrible experience.
