Pros: The receptionist was particularly welcoming, efficient and helpful.
Cons: It reminded us of hotels that we used to stay in when we were on low budget holidays. we have coame to expect better, now that we can afford a bit more .... but phoenecia didn't deliver! the range and quantity of breakfast fare was restricted by the old two star tactic of rationing jam etc - ensuring that is definitely 'continental'.
