"Quiet hotel outside Rennes"

Quiet hotel, great location if you don't want to stay in the center of Rennes. Room was a bit small for 4 but bathroom was spacious and newly renovated. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Pros: Very pleasant hotel in nice quiet location and with very helpful owners. great family room for 5. well located from st malo and cherbourg/caen to brittany/vendee.
Cons: Breakfast listed as included in website but found not to be the case on paying the bill which knocked the price for a family of 5 up by more than 30 euros.

Very friendly reception, very big room, very clean hotel

Housed in an ancient farmhouse nestled in a large verdant park, the Hotel De La Valette is a cosy hotel near Rennes, bustling capital city of the Bretagne region. The hotel, completely renovated in 2010, offers guests a friendly atmosphere in a peaceful setting, just 10 minutes from Rennes. In the surroundings of the Hotel De La Valette, you will find a golf course, a swimming pool, and tennis courts. Apart from Rennes Old Town, you should not miss nearby tourist attractions such as Mont-Saint-Michel and Saint-Malo, both within an hour's drive.
