 "Birthday"
We were promised a surprise in our room as we were celebrating our Moms 84th b'day. There was nothing. When we asked at the desk the they just shrugged and said "sorry."Desk staff is very unfriendly. They do provide a good breakfast and 5:30 snack/dinner.
