Cons: Hot water supply unreliable!

Cons: We informed them prior that we needed baby cots but had to wait a long time after check in to receive them. our room was left unclean after we were gone out the entire day. the elevators are small and narrow--difficult to get strollers and luggage on/off. they do not supply face towels/small wash rags. the air conditioning was not effective.

The Acta Atrium Palace Hotel opened in 2003 in a neoclassical building that dates back to 1888, with a modern soft decoration. The hotel has been conceived with a cutting edge concept of accommodation.

The contrast the classical building and the modern design & technology all over, is astonishing.
With four stars, the most notable about this accommodation is that, without a large number of rooms (71), the price includes services and facilities which are not very common: free access to the indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, a small gym, free wireless internet for laptops, art exhibitions, free safety box, iron and board in the closets, voicemail telephones, free access to a business center with computers for internet, a small library about Barcelona, and 23 international TV channels.
