 "Excellent Apartments"
The Apartments Hispanos was excellent value, it is situated close to the Sagrata Familie and some lovely local restaruants. The bus tour can be picked up at the Church as well so it was a great starting point for a tour of the city. Apartments were very clean, well fitted out, beds exceptionally comfortable and Albert the receptionist was very helpful. Thoroughly recommend the Apartments Hispanos as a base for exploring Barcelona.

Pros: The staff was great and even mailed something to us that we couldn't take along. they were exceptional! we thought it was a wonderful place to stay particularly as a family of four since there were two bedrooms in the apartment. also, the location is excellent and a hop and a skip from the famous gaudi sagrada familia which is incredible! there is also a great gelateria on the corner. you are out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to get anywhere!
Cons: We thought the beds were a bit on the hard side but that seems to be europe! we are spoiled here in the us with our mattress choices.

Pros: The apartment had a nice kitchen, washing machine and was spacious.the location was easy access to the metro,buses and sangria familia was very close by. we had to take the metro to places like the la rambla and it is not close to the beaches.
Cons: The place needs more knowledgeable staff about different restraurants in the area, and perhaps a welcome packet for international guests.

Pros: We were very pleased with the hotel staff, the room, and the breakfast buffet. we definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to visit barcelona.
Cons: The only negative experience was with the washer/dryer. we tried to use it and our clothes ended up soaked and we couldn't get them out. also if you want to be closer to a lot of the action, be prepared to walk a lot or get bus tickets. the positive to this is you are not around a lot of tourist and the room is quiet.
