 "Excellent mid town location"
Hotel was very clean. All staff were helpful with directions, booking shows, transfer to airport etc. Rooms was small but adequate. Safety deposit box in room at no extra cost. No tea or coffee making facilities, but had taken own travel kettle. Hardly heard any noise which I found amazing in view of the central location. Would definately recommend it and would stay again.

 "enjoyable stay"
We spent 4 nights at the Time hotel and enjoyed our stay. Can't say enough good things about the people that work there. Everyone we encountered was genuinely helpful during our visit. Hotel is located next to Times Square, we drove there from Cape Breton, parked next door, and walked, taxied, or took subway around town. Didn't spend much time in hotel room, to busy enjoying the City! Room was a little pricy, but I think the location accounts for that. Concierge(Jay), Gilbert, front deck staff, and others made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay there again, actually looking forward to a return visit!  "30th wedding anniversary holiday"
the staff were very pleasant and very helpful,the rooms were clean, very comfortable bed,towels changed daily, plenty of tolieteries,the hotel was in a great location,its a shame there were no coffee making facilites in the room, not a problem though as there were plenty of places to get coffee in the area,we would certainly stay there again.

 "Frustrating stay in Time Hotel"
They gave me a noisy and dirty room. Lock of the door was broken. Air con like a war engine!Breakfast is poor with none quality food!Staff is noisy and not friendly! Not worth for expensive price!

 "My stay at the Time"
The location is excellent--within walking distance of many restaurants, theaters and Times Sq. The room I had was small, no view and the noise from the elevator was very annoying especially when you were trying to sleep. The food was good except for breakfast when it took a few tries for hot coffee. The staff was very friendly and the concierge was most helpful in obtaining theater tickets.If you want a fancy hotel, this isn't it. If you want someplace clean and functional , this has good value.

First of all, the location is excellent. The room has a lot of space considering that most of the hotels at New York have small rooms. The interior design is very nice and contemporary. The staff is always ready to help. No complains at all.

 "Loved every bit of it"
Pros: Loved every bit of it. the hotel isn't amazing but perfect for nyc when you should be out and about most of the time.

the staff were really nice and helpful.

would have been hard for maid to clean the room as there was 3 of us in our 2 double bedded room, creating plenty of mess. 4 people per room i would say would have been a bit cramped and if you're shopping, well that means less space.

location is fantastic!!
Cons: View of the roof wasn't great and it was quite dull in the room but i really didn't care to be honest.

something to remember for those of you who look at the bad things rather than the good things about a hotel....your holiday is what you make of it. a lovely hotel room is always nice. ours was lovely and i was delighted. others im sure would have had quite a few bad points to say but they would be the folk who investigate too much. room is small for 4 people but your not in the room long enough to be bothered about it.

 "The staff at the hotel was absolutely great!! we had an issue with our air..."
Pros: The staff at the hotel was absolutely great!! we had an issue with our air conditioner, maintenance came to resolve it and when they couldn't fix it they had us moved to a new room, an upgraded room from what we had. the maintenance tech we had was very friendly, had a great attidude and all about customer satisfaction.

Pros: Excellent location - staff very helpful and informative.
Cons: Booked two suites only to find when we reached the hotel that only one was available. staff were most helpful in arranging two other rooms. i travelled with my two sisters and their daughters and it would have been good for the two rooms - having three rooms meant we had to be split up.

Cons: I thought the room needed somewhere to put your clothes. there was no self other than in the closet. also, the bathroom had mildew and needed a good scrubbing on the shower door. otherwise it was ok, not as nice as it was a few years back.

Pros: Friendly staff. middle of the floor was cleaned and bathroom was kept clean as well. bed itself was comfy (pillows were great if one enjoys sleeping on bricks).
Cons: Tired rooms in need of upkeep. shelves missing, so instead of dresser there is supposed to be shelves to put apparel--but shelves were missing. mildew and dirty corners.
