 "Good location, smokey rooms"
The location was great, however we had two problems: 1) our reservation seemed to indicate breakfast was included but that was not the case. We'll live with that, some miscommunication somewhere. 2) our room reeked of cigarette smoke but only at night. The staff response was to come spray air freshener everywhere, which of course does nothing. Apparently the smoking rooms are for some ridiculous reason on the 1st floor. The smoke comes up from the vents, and also from somewhere behind the bed in our room. I am an x-smoker, so this really killed my sleep and left me feeling generally poorly. Not fun. Not nice. And very disappointing that nothing could be done.
