 "Not happy at all"
When we checked in, I asked about bringing my dog to stay with us. First, I was informed that my room was not one of the "pet friendly rooms." The manager said that even if it was I could not have him there since he was over 20 pounds. I told the staff he was a service dog (I have MS), they asked to see his "paperwork." Since I am an employee of a hotel, I am well aware that asking for so-called paperwork is a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Bottom line, what they did was illegal. Also, the wifi was down the entire time we were there, I will NEVER!!!!! stay at another of your hotels.
