"Confusion end's in not such a good deal!"

Hi we had alot of confusion over the booking, as we got a urgent e-mail from expedia? we booked through easytobook.com? so we rang from Rome railway station to comfirm all was ok? we had then cornirm our other party's booking which they could find and confirm, but after much time and 3 people trying to find our booking we were nearly out of pre-paid phone credit, they could not find our booking, we asked if they had room's again not a straight answer, so we said we would be out there soon with the other party to sort it out?We got there and they had found our pre-paid booking whew! finally! then we were asked if we wanted an upgrade? which would include breakfast, our other party offered the better deal as they had booked a cheaper room, so got a bigger room than us plus 4 days breakfast for 20 more euro's than us, they could'nt do the same deal for us? or would'nt, the money more important than trying to make all 4 of us happy with the hotel's deal, we had paid a good price already for the room, and could have done better up the road closer to the city at the MSH hotel, that included breakast! so they just got what was booked from us, food at the restruant was good, drinks were way to expensive so drank out more, the room was nice and we were happy with that and two staff member's were stand out's they should put Kimo in charge of putting customers first! the lady at the counter Analisa who could'nt do the deal for us was very helpfull to my wife and the rest of our party giving good info, the hotel did a free bus which came as a suprise, but then they are along way from any public transport so it is vital to the hotel cliantele, good on them for realising how important the transport thing in Rome is, so all in all I would not stay here again myself, but if you take all into account not a bad place to stay either, just not as good as we have had! and we have had some great places to stay!
