The service was good but please be more polite to your guest. Only that and the other were allready good. The room was small but that was okay. The location was strategic because it was near from the termini.

Very friendly and helpful staff with good advice regarding sightseeing in Rome and excellent and reasonably priced restaurants in the area.Good breakfast but prepared in the corridor just outside our room so a little noisy.

 "EXCELLENT"
We stayed on Uncle Ben's floor, and he was awesome, he waited for us to arrive at about 1am, we couldn't stay in that hotel for that night, but around the corner we stayed at a B&B which was just as good. Its a continental breakfast but still plentiful, it'll get you through the morning. Tourist map on hand, television/computer, internet connection (particularly excellent), our first day we managed to see a good chunk of all the sites, by luck really, the hotel is in such an excellent location that you pretty much just walk left and Rome's on your doorstep, 10minutes to trevi and everything on the map is really easy to access by the bus service, uncle ben (what he told us to call him) showed us everything on the map and how to get there, how long on foot and how to take the bus's (only like 1.70 for a one way ticket)Rome was one of our favourite stays and a big part of it was because of how accessible it was because of the location, the room was spacious and the service impeccable. For me the bed's were a bit tough, but my partner slept fine. definitely stay there again.

Pros: Location ok, close to termini. aircondition.
Cons: Looks nothing like the pictures. very small rooms, almost no sunlight comes in. more hostel than hotel.

Pros: Great location, funky little hotel. totally clean. great experience to stay in an old building where real romans live. and must say the guy at the fron desk is great. friendly, helpful and funny. most defintely would stay again!
