The hotel was undergoing renovation when we were there, and should look VERY nice when it's done. Our room had already had the renovation completed on it, and it was very warm and welcoming. About 90% of the furniture in our room had alread been replaced and we really liked it. It will look even better once the desk and nightstands are replaced. I may have to book a night just to see the fully renovated rooms. I was pleasantly surprised by how enjoyable our stay was even though the renovation was taking place. Other than the wing that was currently getting new carpet and paint, we really didn't even notice the work. The front desk was very helpful and promptly brought us extra pillows when we asked for them. The make-your-own waffles in the morning were a nice treat too, and provided a little something "extra" over the standard continental breakfast.Thanks!
