excellent location, beside the arch de triumf and park, 50 meters from bus and taxi rank, 200 meters from the metro. on the edge of the old town 10-15min walk from ramblas. we did have breakfast as there where numerous cafes near by. the pool and sun terrace are rather small so more than 10 people and it gets a bit crowded. overall we enjoyed our stay and would use this hotel again.top tips visit the park in early evening to see the locals playing various games and explore the old town for some great food.

the location was fantastic near the Arc de Triumph , & great bars & restaurants on Commerce street, 10 minutes walk to Gothic centre & 15 minutes to the beach or las Ramblas. the only down point was we asked for a small balcony which we were given, but had 2 single beds instead of the double we had booked. as the hotel was fully booked this was not rectified. the roof swimming pool, lounging area was good, but small, so could be a little busy at times

quite hard to find this hotel , its located in a small street, and the room, its not 4 star, 3 star, smaller than average 4 star hotel ( the business card still shows3 star ) at night when you return, the front door was locked with chain, i had to wait the staff come to let me in. at winter season, there is only summer blanket, i had to look for extra blanket in the closet at mid night. i stayed 1 night and changed to another hotel. pay 15 euros extra. you will receive much better hotel room in city center

Pros: Nice clean beds, in a great location with a nice small rooftop pool
Cons: Some of the finishings in the rooms could be better ie marble chipped in the shower, loose earth wires over the shower, lift to or floor not working during our 5 day stay.

Pros: Its in a great location just round the corner from a metro stop and only about 10 minutes walk from plaça de catalunya (the top of la ramblas)
the beds were comfy and there was a very spacious and clean bathroom.
if i come back to barcelona i would gladly stay here as the staff were very helpful and polite :)

Pros: Dowtown so very good location. breakfast good also.
Cons: We had a fire sunday morning in the hotel so we had to change for the last night, they took in charge the transfer in a positive way. the room is really too small.

Pros: This hotel is at a very good location in close proximity to the central areas of interest in barcelona, within walking distance of most places. the room was comfortable with good facilities. i particularly the lovely shower. it also has a separate bath, which was a great way of relaxing from a day of sight seeing. the staff are friendly and helpful. i would recommend it to friends.

Cons: Given a room on the ground floor so the window was blocked off and so had no natural lighting and in the early hours of the morning you can hear quite a bit of noise from outside it's right next to the street. if you're given a room on the ground floor, i would immediately ask for another rooms on one of the upper floors (assuming that it'll be less noisy as it's higher up).

Pros: The quality of the hotel was fair for the price paid. well located with access to downtown barcelona easily at walking distance. staff were helpful.
