Pros: I liked the service and facilities. they attend you with breakfast and dinner as well, thats nice because i hve been in winter and very early is too cold and dark outside so you get your breakfast at the hotel and the same as night. i liked the warm rooms, and the floor of the bathroom very warm as well, nice detail to get out of the shower and not haved a shock with cold weather...
Cons: The queen bed did not have one full cover, there were two twin covers.

Cons: No elevator in the suites area - climbing to the 3rd floor with the luggage is no that very experience i was searching for, no stuff to help with it. breakfast room very is small.

Pros: Free buffet dinner and breakfast were both very good and a very nice touch.
Cons: No elevator in suites section. suites separated by a restaurant and must be entered from outside. luggage handling was not offered and not available. two women and a child had to carry luggage up two flights of stairs with no help.
