The hotel looks and feels better then in the past. The service was horrible though. When we got there the receptionist said we had no reservations, even though we had all are paper work. Then she continued to be rude by rolling her eyes and acting as if we were bothering her. Her language was very rude too,( you know you have to pay a resort fee, and 75 for incedentles). It was said in a very insulting manner. My wife was so Imbarrest, and it was her birthday. We've stay at the hotel many times over the years, never been treated in such a rude manner
