We were pleased with the service of this hotel. We really appreciated the bottle of wine sent to our room from managment as this stay was part of our honeymoon.

Pros: Nice, old style hotel. worth seeing it.
Cons: It was not very clear on your website if the room is with breakfast or without. in description of this reservation i've found that
"breakfast is included in all rates except for the room only rate". as it was not mentioned that the room i am going to book is room only rate(it was superior, with free wireless) i was sure to have breakfast included. but the hotel has had a doubt. to clarify this took some time in the evening and almost 20 min in the morning. so, instead having breakfast before a busy day, i was standing infront of the reception waiting for the final decision of the hotel.finaly they told me that i have the "room only" rate and have to pay for the breakfast. in my opinion it was simply not fair.usually if there is a doubt, hotels try to solve it in favour of the client. especially a 5 star hotels. this is the sad example of an unfair approach to the client.

Pros: The room was very big and right in a central position with easy access to everything. very helpful and plesant staff.
