Cons: On check-in we were assigned a room on 7th floor - when we got there it smelled of stale tobacco that had been cleaned - so a mixture of stale cigarette smoke and chemicals! we asked for a room change and were moved to 6th floor without question and what a difference a floor makes - completely different for the better! my only worry is are all discounted rooms generally reserved on the 7th floor? this floor does certainely not represent 4 star standard let alone 5 star!!

Cons: While the outside of the hotel seems nice, and the business area downstairs seem adequate, however dont let this fool you. the rooms are nothing as they appear on the website. the hallways are old with stained carpets, chipped doors, and moldings. the rooms, are old, and so are the bathrooms. the hairdryer was from 1956. in reality, according to worldwide standards, based on the room, it is a 3 star hotel at most.
