 "Opinion of Royal Windsor Hotel, Brussels"
Nice hotel and excellent location. Although, in our experience, there are better value rooms to be found elsewhere in Brussels, we have no complaints other than to say that we were disappointed with the lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room and we thought the breakfast charges were extortionate. We went elsewhere for breakfast.

last minute stay at this hotel. Nice and clean hotel with excellent service. No issues at all with using the parking longer then expected, and we checked out 1hr later and again no issue. Service of this great hotel is excellent

Pros: Room was nice, staff were friendly, location was great.
Cons: Quite noisy. the cleaners left their cleaning trolley right outside our room and were playing with plastic bags rustling them at 8am! it was not great.

Pros: Nice comfortable rooms, great service from house keeping and porter. excellent location.
Cons: Rooms a bit dated, cigarette burns in bed covers, cracked bathroom mirror. electronic keys failed too many times, staff uninterested. despite booking two rooms for 4 nights the room for our son, daughter in law and 17 month old baby was only booked for one night. we were asked to move rooms however we refused.
