"H10 universtate"

* it is very good that the easytobook described how to get to the hotel.I think the size of the room is not as mentioned in room description.the staff were very cooberative and polite but they did not give me chrismis gift:D

"Nice little hotel excellent friendly service"

The rooms are smaller than appear so was a little disappointed but they look exactly as shown. The service is excellent very friendly staff including a glass of sparkling wine when you arrive and perfect location.

"Fantastic Stay"

What a great hotel in a central location. Couldn't fault the helpful staff who served us with a glass of cava on arrival. Had a bit of a problem getting into the room initially as the swipe card didn't work. Room and bed very comfortable. Opted for the Romantic package at 340 euros for a 2 night stay including breakfast which included a bottle of cava, chocolate covered strawberries and towelling robes and slippers. There was a huge choice at breakfast but if you want a "full English" this is not the hotel for you. We had cocktails on the roof terrace at night. Our only complaint was that the air conditioning wasn't very effective and with temperatures of over 30 degrees it was uncomfortable. We would stay again, though but maybe not in August!

"Great Location, room smelled tabacco"

I've stayed for 2 night. The room was small but ok for one person and the size of the bathroom was big enough, but the semell of the sheets and the pillows were terrible, as they smelled tabacco. Great location, great staff.

Cons: Was suppose to be a romantic package, arrival drink with continental breakfast included each day - i had to ask for breakfast each morning, there was no drink on arrival. we had to change rooms as the package said room with balcony but had to be a room with two single beds as there were none left! had to wait for our cava & strawberry's to arrive - wasnt exactly a romantic start to the holiday. also the package said to include a midday snack - this was a croissant kept in the hotel foyer all day! even though when i complained the staff attended to the complaint -they were never friendly on reception and never smiled.

Cons: Very hard bed,small rooms,bad breakfast....sreved in the room,but the coffee was cold,the same about the toast....and they did not cover it when they took it from the kitchen to the room.i don't think this hotel should have 4 stars...

"I was very happy with the choice"

Pros: I was very happy with the choice. the staff were very helpful, profesional, and welcoming, and all spoke very good english. the quality of the room, amenities, and overall customer service were above my expectations. the buffet breakfast was excellent and highly recommended. i will definitely choose another h10 hotel on my next trip.
Cons: Not a major issue by any means but there were a lot of construction going on in front of the hotel.

Being relatively large does not mean there is no personal service at H10 Universitat. You can expect a memorable stay here thanks to the 4-star rating. Staying here, you are conveniently located close to Funicular de Montjuic. Casa Batlló, La Boqueria and Las Ramblas are several attractions you can enjoy in the surrounding area. In the immediate vicinity of this hotel, Museum of Contemporary Art and National Library of Catalonia are prominent features. Columbus Monument is just 1.5 km (0.9 miles) away.

H10 Universitat is equipped with a restaurant, in addition to a bar/lounge and a rooftop terrace. A spa tub beckons you for some pleasure and pampering.
