What an amazing hotel. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. Offering to prebook tickets for busy tourist attractions. The lobby area is relaxing and you can help yourself to drinks and nibbles and sit by the open fire. The hotel rooms are very comfortable and the option of four different types of pillow was a treat. Slippers and dressing gowns were very welcome after the outside winter weather. And a great night sleep was had our entire stay. Breakfast was of a very high standard with many options being prepare to order. Plus perfect location makes this a hotel that I can't recommend enough!

The Banks Mansion is in the perfect position for exploring Amsterdam.The breakfasts are superb and the all inclusive refreshments are a lovely extra on a city break. Most of all though the people who work there make the Mansion. They are kind, friendly and nothing is too much trouble!I would definitely upgrade to an executive room and my only niggle would be that the room was a little cold...although it was a chilly weekend....and I had my love to snuggle up to!I would not hesitate to stay at the Banks Mansion again.Fantastic Italian around the corner....Casa di David.....perfecto!

This hotel offers a full service concept meaning that everything is included in the rate such as -exceptionally good- breakfast, drinks, coffee, tea snacks throughout the day. The choice of pillows -small but very important detail- is wider than wide. We have enjoyed our stay very much also because of the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. For visitors to Amsterdam both for pleasure and for business a very good choice indeed.
