Cons: Took money off my card for a tip without my permission.
Cons: Cancelled a room a week in advance, cancelation policy says 48 hours before checkin, but was still charged for the room even tho no one used it!!!

Cons: I was not impressed by getting a smelly smokers room without being asked for. i booked for our friends in room 501 and they had a problem with the tv and aircon not working
