 "Lies!"
Worst hotel I've been in Germany. Everything was wrong, no internet connection at all, really bad location (black neighborhood with prostitutes and stuff), receptionists barely speak english and not going to fix the wi-fi. Rooms are small, dirty and too close to each other. It's hot there all the time and there is no AC. And bed feels like you sleep on the rocks.

 "The staff was nice and helped people"
Pros: The staff was nice and helped people. location wise also very near to the hbf.
Cons: The air conditioning was not upto the mark.
