"A fantastic stay!"

The room we stayed in had views of the moutains from the balcony and was exactly what we expected from the internet viewing, which was good! The staff turned down our bed every night and laid choclates on the pillows which was fantastic. The beds were comfortable, lots of TV channels, WIFI. Could have done with a small fridge but as it was winter the snow outside provided our chiller! The shower cubicle in our room was a bit cosy and if you bent the wrong way you turned the shower off, which was annoying but we got to stay in another room for one night that had a better set up with a view out of the bathroom window...very cool! The breakfast buffet rocked, big time, with too many choices, I love my breakfast and this was breakfast heaven, even the coffee machine made a great brew! A great stay all round and was very hard to leave the hotel and Zermatt itself!

A fantastic stay!

Built in December 2010, this stylish and special themed 4-star hotel boasts a central location, 650 ft from the center of Zermatt. Modern rooms, some with Matterhorn views, and bathrooms with free Wi-Fi are available.The bright rooms at Hotel Aristella Swissflair with their beautiful parquet or hardwood floors and modern furniture overlook the surrounding Swiss Alps. Cable flat-screen TVs and a tea/coffee maker can be found in each room. An iPod docking station is available upon request. Bathrobes and slippers are also provided.Guests can enjoy the Aristella’s ski storage room with ski boot dryer and the on-site ski rental. After a day on the slopes, guests can relax in the hotel’s spa area with a jacuzzi, a steam bath and a sauna.The Aristella Swissflair’s restaurant serves traditional Swiss, flambé dishes and international cuisine. Fine wines are also offered. Guests can request packed lunches and special diet menus. Room service is also available.Aristella Swissflair Hotel is a 5-minute walk from Sunnegga cable car and a 10-minute walk from Klein Matterhorn cable car.
