Fantastic location for Barcelona. Even better than we thought it would be. When we checked in they had a plate of fruits and water waiting for us. Excellent employees and room service.The room was on the small side (but something you should expect from most European hotel). The rooms at the back are quieter and have a stunning view of Barcelona.The cons: the walls are very thin. Be prepared to for your neighbors' every action to resonate into your room. The drape in our room was not working. You could hear others' drapes go up and down.

Pros: The location could not be better.
Cons: There was a leak in the bathroom of one of our rooms and it was not fixed despite telling the hotel staff twice. the bar area is lacking in any atmosphere and the staff did little to encourage you to stay for a drink
