Clean apartment. Location is ok, close to metro-stations, but not in the centre of barcelona. Some nice restqurqnts in the neighborhood. Walls are not sound-proof, shower is not hot-water guaranteed. Hair dryer available.

my family and I liked a lot this kind of accommodation. Is very useful to have a kitchen and to live in a very appropriate location. the flat was very quiet and have the charm to live like a real barcelonian.

2 bedroom apartment very close to shopping areas in Barcelona. Clean decent sized rooms with a nice balcony and living room.Reasonably priced and well worth the money.

 "Overview"
Family with 2 young children found this apartment on the 7th Floor. Not pleased to find the balcony door could not be locked or the main bedroom or lounge windows, as a result we had to keep the external window shutters closed while we were in the apartment for safety. The apartment was fine but not suitable for young children who could easily open the windows and balcony door.

 "Old Town Apartment stay in Barcelona"
The ease of booking was good and the location was very good. The place was clean but some of the walls in the entrance area of the apartment and bedroom needed a fresh coat of paint.The beds were not as comfortable as they should be and the refrigerator door would not close, resulting in food and drink items stored were not cold. This was quickly fixed however when reported.

Pros: The apartment that i stayed was clean and well equiped with adequate and appropriate kitchen utensils and also plates and bowls etc.
Cons: The apartment wasnt ready by 1300 when i arrived and the keys were missing. luckily, the cleaner turned up and i didnt have to walk all the way to the office to ask for the keys.

Pros: The location of the apartment we were in was very central (catalunya de rambla) and perfect for getting to the various places we wanted.
Cons: Given the central location,the fact that barcelona is a noisy city and the windows were not well insulated sleeping soundly was not easy.

 "The apartment was just right for 4 persons ( 1 couple & 2 friends)"
Pros: The apartment was just right for 4 persons ( 1 couple & 2 friends). the rooms were well furnished & clean. kitchen has all the basic necessities like fridge, microwave, crockery , utensils. one toilet with a bath. the good thing is that everything worked perfectly.
Cons: It was a fairly long walk to the nearest metro station - about 10 mins. this is the main negative point. no dressing table or even a mirror in the main bed room

 "The staff member who met us at the office was excellent"
Pros: The staff member who met us at the office was excellent. his advice and warnings about pick pockets was timely as some one tried to pick my wife's bag on la ramblas that afternoon. he was unsuccessful. the room was clean, airy and spacious compared to other rooms in france.
Cons: The stale smell of cigarettes in the lobby and lift was off-putting and gave an unpleasant welcome to the apartment. this was the only negative we had with regards to the building.

Pros: It could not have worked out better. the staff accommodated us when we were a little early. the apartment was beautiful and the layout for six people was better than we could have hoped. the location was excellent and the cost was very reasonable. i don't see how it could have been better.

Please note that check-in takes place at the head office, which is located at Fontanella 18, Principal 2A, 08010 Barcelona. Here you will receive the keys and directions to your reserved apartment.

The office is open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 20:00 and on weekends from 09:00 to 18:00.
If you arrive outside office hours or on public holidays please telephone the number indicated on your booking confirmation 30 minutes before you reach the office. If you land in Girona or Reus Airport, please call the accommodation only once you have reached Barcelona.

Arrivals between 22:00 and 01:00 will be charged an extra EUR 25.00. Arrivals after 01:00 are charged EUR 40.00.
Check-In after 03:00 is only possible on previous arrangement with the accommodation.
