 "Hotel in need of renovation"
I arrived to find a really noisy reception desk with lots of people complaining, not a good sign. But that wasn't all , the rooms we were shown were absolutely disgusting , sticky carpets and paper fallng off walls if that wasn't bad enough there was no water in either rooms. My family had gone there for a special occasion and were very disappointed if it wasn't fo the shift manager puling out all the stops to change all our rooms we would have been forced to move hotels. Staff were lovely and had their work cut out for them with complaints. I will never go back to this hotel its way below par

 "sleepless in scarisbrick"
the hotel is central the staff are brilliant very plesant and happy to help you with any problem, but even though the room was clean and comftable and obviously just been renovated it was small it was classed as a double and it should have been single it was red hot which they must have known as 2 fans were provided with a small window up high open and no blinds or curtains to shut out the lights also you could hear all the noise from outside and if there had have been a fire was definatly unable to get out of.andto top it off a night light that lit all the bedroom up so all and all a very sleepless night had by all
