 "Hotel is great but EASYTOBOOK CHARGED ME 3 TIMES FOR JUST ONE BEDROOM!!!!"
Dont ever use easytobook.com ever again for bookings. They charged my credit card 3 times for just one bedroom. I am out of pocket because of them. They are fast to take the money but to refund you back - they need to investigate which takes 2-4 weeks! That's just unacceptable. All it takes is a simple call to the hotel and they can verify. Checked in at 1am in the morning.... only to be told I had been charged 3 times. The hotel couldnt check me in using the easytobook reservation so they had to take my card details and book me in again. Took a good 20 mins trying to sort this out. The hotel itself is fab but dont ever use easytobook.com ever!!! avoid!!!
