Pros: God location right next to rioalto bridge and mintes walk from st. marks square. clean room and air conditioned
Cons: No elevator and our room was up 2 flights of stairs. also the breakfast and reception was located in a different building!

Pros: English speaking staff, comfy rooms, good breakfast,good location.
Cons: We were not told we will have to walk 500m every morning to have breakfast. air-conditioning was not switched on on first day as we were the only people in the building and next day when it was switched the blower blew foul smell.windows could not be opened as they were too easily accessible.no room service was available.
