The only thing to say is that you can't see there is no twin rooms. When you have ordered it, they should have given you bed-linen for two persons. When we told them, they were very helpful and understanding and we got an extra set though it was about 23.00 in the evening.

Celebrating a friend's 40th birthday.I arrived and was offered an alternative booking in their sister hotel,Sunotel Aston,whoch I accepted asit was a 3star rather than a 2star.The hotels are linked via a basement corridor.My room on 4th floor was small with a damaged wall,no toiletries only one set of towels and no tea/coffee making facilities.There was no list of hotel facilities in the room.Restaurant/Bar only open occasionally,no published timing! Because of the more remote area the choice of evening entertainment was limited,Sunday it took us 2 hours to find a restaurant open in evening.

the hotel is not difficult to find,easy access from metro station, breakfast was good a lot of choices, but there's a few issues-for us we stayed for 3nights&3days our bed cover never been change at all the room was been clean everyday though, tha aircondition is quite low that one night we slept & woke up in the middle of the night sweating, & window needs duoble glazing probably because it's too noisy we can hear the traffic from outside. Staffs were helful on giving us the instruction plus they speak english as well was a bonus

It is like the webpage is cheating with us. when I book the hotel, they show us all the facilities like swimming pool, jaccuzi, sauna, etc but later when I reach there, they excuse saying its winter time so nothing is available, that was most embarasing and reduculas. the breakfast was fine.

Pros: Fairly central location not far from metro station ( though quite a long way from la rambla - barcelona than what is stated on the website. daytime receptionist was very helpful and gave useful tips.
Cons: Hotel did not fix the drainsink we reported was blocking up.
a/c system was turned off, though temp was fairly comfortable with fan provided. there was some noise from busy street facing room.

Pros: The hotel was in an excellent location, close to a metro, quiet part of barcelona for the time of month. staff on reception were very welcoming and helpful. rooms were basic but practical
Cons: On arrival we were moved to their sister hotel due to problems with "junior", the room did have some issues which the hotel took into account and reduced the bill by 10%.

Pros: Kind, polite staff, cute rooms with good facilities, great buffet breakfasts.
Cons: Poor quality of cleaning in rooms, beds weren't made all the time and decpite the fact that we used shower gel and shampoo they weren't brought every day

Cons: The ac in the room didn't work. the room had just a fan. at check in the receptionist didn't consider that would be nice to advise me that the room doesn't have ac. when i came down stairs and said to her that no ac, she just reply very candid "yes, it's not working". the door from the closet fall down, and although i reported few times, no one bothered to come to fix it.
