I tunrned up having reserved and paid for my room at 8.30pm only to find you lot had over booked . i rang up to find out what was going on and was told that they had overbooked. i guessed that and demanded a room be foiund nearby. I was offed on an hour away in the middle of london. no other offer was made. i eventually found a Premier Inn 45 minutes away and still await the refund from you. I will never ever use easyto book again and will tell anybokdy who will listen not to. I hope you go out of business soon to save others from the same plight
