• Every thing was great • except for the thin walls that allows us to here what's happening in the other rooms • the triple room is very small• the location was very good• the rooms were very clean• the people working in the reception were very friendly and helpful

We were very pleased with the hotel. However, we have become accustomed in England, in even the cheapest of travelodges, to being provided with beverages in the room. Fortunately, we had water with us, so this sufficed. The room was clean and comfortable enough for a three night stay. Value was good and location was excellent, both for eating and for the metro. We had noisy neighbours one night but not bad enough to need to complain. We would stay again.

Pros: Rosario was lovely and so helpful, was really nice to be greeted with a smile!!!!
Cons: Only negative thing was that the window of our room looked directly into another apartment across the road so we could not open the curtains. but this would not stop me staying there again

Pros: Staff was generally friendly (though not very helpfull) and the receptionist didn't make a big fuss out of us leaving sooner then intended (although she mentioned a 24-hour cancelation period).
Cons: The building is extremely noisy and it's hard to get a good night's sleep. whenever someone turned the key or opened a door, we were sat up straight in our bed. the fact that cleaning starts at 8 pm doesn't help. our efforts to make the staff aware of this were fruitless. hence we left the place two days prior to our intended check out. also, the fact i ran into a hooker in the morning, failed to impress me.
