 "Convenient and Nice."
I stayed here with a friend of mine while we were visiting Amsterdam for the weekend, and I have to say I was very very satisfied and happy with the room, the location, and the included breakfast every morning! The hotel is conveniently located RIGHT next to the train station that takes you right into the center of town within a 5 min train ride, and the best part was (don't take my word for it) NOBODY on the train is checking tickets for that short ride! So my friend and i quickly learned that we could just hop on and off the train whenever without buying tickets (Again, maybe we just got really lucky, but it seemed like that short 5 min ride didn't really warrant a ticket check). The rooms were very clean and the modern bathroom appliances were only an added bonus. Despite some noise issues in the hallways every night, we slept well and had our rooms cleaned sufficiently everyday. Breakfast in the morning was really nice - one of the nicest free continental breakfast buffets offered! The front desk workers were also very helpful with booking museum tickets and even making restaurant suggestions and reservations. I definitely recommend coming here on your trip to Amsterdam!!! I know some places in the city can get sketchy, but this place was perfectly safe and all accommodations were wonderful.

 "Great hotel bad service"
Hotel was great and good to have complimentary breakfast. Hotels were always clean. Only thing disappointed is that I have asked the service desk to help me post out 2 postcards which they have happily agreed to do so When I came back after the holiday to find out that they have not been posted! really disappointed and wasted my efforts to actually get them for relatives.

Easy hotel,Everything you need for an overnight stay. Parking is free during weekends and eavnings in on the parkinglot next to the station. It is next to The park and ride (p&r), don't go in the p&R just drive true, behind it is à big parkinglot.

 "Cruise Holiday"
We were going on a cruise from amsterdam port, found this to be a great location for a one night stay or longer. Hotel ideal to get to, only two stops from airport and one stop into the city. Would definitely stay there again.Nice clean spacious roomGood choice of breakfastWas concerned before booking for noise from station but not a problem.Husband forgot his razor complimentary shaver and foam from reception.

The hotel location is a bit remote, however, with the train station beside, its quite easy to travel around the city. Overall, its good value for a three star hotel. Room is clean and service is good.

 "Overnight Stay"
This was just an overnight stay. It was great to be able to walk down from the station and into the hotel reception. Staff were very friendly and helpful, giving us information about the different areas and the trains. It was a train trip to go into the city but suited us very well.

Pros: Very close to the station and all public tranport stops just in front of the door. even the night bus to the city and the airport stops right there. rooms are brand new and much better than any other holiday inn express i staid before. value for money, for sure if you stay there out of the high season and special event periods.
Cons: You can hear the trains at night, this can be a problem, but i didn't really care about it. the breakfast is rather basic, but it is like in any other holiday inn express.
