Hotel was very nice, very good located near to centre and offered parking in garage. What was not so good at first moment was that when we arrive our room had status "cancelled". Seems that there was a communication problem between agency and hotel. In the end everything turned out well. Maybe next time it would be good that agency AND hotel sends a short conformation to costumer about status of booking.
