"Good but with pity"

The room is very good. Clean, quietness and beautiful design of the room are the advantages, especially the comfort of the bed. It indeed made me a good night. However, the sink of the bathroom was blocked so that water could not flow out smoothly. Although the operator repaired it quickly and the servant cleaned and dressed the restroom with passion and efficience, it was not comfortable for me to see the operator to use towels which was for me to wash my face in the bathroom to repair the tube. Actually, I wait for a while for the accident. For total, it wad still a good experience.

"Well decorated and lovely Hotel"

We stayed at this hotel in August. The hotel is beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were a relatively good size and could best be described as luxurious. The buses and trams are only meteres away and the underground is a relatively short walk. Being August in Milano the area surrounding the hotel was very quiet with most of the shops and cafes closed for their summer break as is most of Milan. Some of the Main tourist areas were still open for business such as around the Duomo Cathedral area. The Cathedral itself is spectacular and it was certainly worth going up to the roof for the extraordinary views. Again the hotel can be best described as luxurious with great customer service. "Lovely"

Lovely hotel, good service, great location - tram stops outside linking to underground stations.We didn't eat at the hotel as we preferred to explore Milan and surrounding areas so can't comment on food.The charge of 30 euros each to use the pool seemed astronomical and on principal we didn't use it.

"Too much money for nothing"

The rooms were too small standard and my booking was superior , I had to pay 200 euro per room per day to get superior rooms which aim sure you will say why did not call us, I did call and the answer was maybe there superior is standard, yah right this is the first time I travel or stay at a hotel.There were no room services after 11pm and u telling me it's 5 stars hotel
