We found this hotel to be very nice! Clean, up to date, excellent WiFi service, very good service, friendly staff, and convenient to get to and from Heathrow by bus. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want something better than the chain hotels give you. Oh, and the breakfast was very good as well!

The hotel was nice and cosy. We have stayed a few nights. The room was large enough for three persons.We think the price of the breakfast is far too high. You don't get a breakfast that has the value of this amount. That is a pity.Further more no remarks.

Pros: Very much enjoyed my stay at ambassador heathrow hotel. much better than the big chain hotel. felt like home away from home. the staff was very friendly and welcoming. was so kind and fixed me up with a cup of tea and supportive chat when i panicked about possibly having lost my passport. very accommodating!

Pros: Small residential property which would make a charming b%b, althought breakfast was an additional expensive add-on as well. in future would book a cheaper chain near airport with free shuttle service.
Cons: A long and expensive cab ride from airport made price much higher than warranted.
