Was pleased with service and staff. Finding hotel not so easy need better directions from metro as we got lost. Hotel gave us complimentary fizz on husbands birthday which was pleasant surprise no complaints at all would recommend staying here

while not central to the heart of Barcelona, the hotel offered easy access to the subway which was approximately 2-3 blocks away as well as to bus service which was across the street ... nice quiet location, plenty of services within easy walking distance, Barcelona football stadium just down the street, small but refreshing pool on hotel roof, complimentary sodas and water provided in room fridge ... overall the hotel needs some maintenance attention but nevertheless was excellent value for the money

The front desk check in assistant was rather rude.There are notices everywhere about the option of a late check out but upon enquiry we were told that it was not possible because it was fully booked; it looked like a ghost town for the entire time we were there so I believe this was a lie.The hotel is about 10 minute walk from the metro and then it takes about half an hour to get to the marina. We didn't mind this so much but it may be inconvenient to some.

Hotel was clean and comfortable.Housekeeping failed to replenish minibar and coffee making facility.No tea available in room and when requested at reception none available either.Had to be purchased from bar.Although advertised as having a shuttle service to airport (main reason for choosing this hotel) this is not available.Taxi to terminal approx 30 euros- metro approx 9 euros.5 minute walk to nearest metro and bus stop literally across the road from hotel from where you can catch bus directly to Las Ramblas-hassle free transport.Camp Nou 5 minutes walking distance.

The Hotel was well located for the tourist bus, the Metro and Camp Neu Stadium. Rooms, staff and breakfasts were excellent. Value for money was great. We enjoyed our 4 nights there, very much.

Good and clean hotel! Loved staying there. Good beds clean rooms and a nice bathroom.It is not in te center but the metro is a 5 minute walk and brings you where ever you want. We liked the neighbourhood and breakfast can easily be done across the street.Service was fine as well.

The staff were polite and friendly in the hotel and advised us brilliantly with advice on transport to the F1, and Barcelona itself and with the metro etc. We found the kingsize suite was perfect for chilling out after sightseeing, we would recommend it for a good nights sleep.The only thing we could comment on from a negative view would be the decoration is a little dated, and lightshades for example could be changed in the future.We would stay again!!

Pros: Reception day staff were good and hotel is five minutes walk from barcelona nou camp football stadium and ten minutes from the metro underground. residential area away from the main resort hotels.
Cons: Firstly this is not in my opinion anywhere near to a four star hotel. the room was very ordinary for a superior room with king sized bed and no four star hotel would have old television sets (it was not a flat screen tv). it is three star all the way having travelled and stayed extensively in hotels in hong kong, malaysia and philippines. the spa facilities can only be accessed once you pay an extra 30 euros per day. the pictures of the hotel spa facilities should clearly state the cost you need to pay to use them (which it does not on the website). like i say, this is a three star hotel anywhere in the world and the prices should be downgraded.
