Cons: The hotel booked a cab for us to go to the train station, but did not tell the driver where we were going. we were grossly overcharged by the rude cab driver (who only seemed to speak and understand french), than what we were told by the hotel staff. i think the hotel should take responsibility and check credentials if they recommend and arrange for any service.
