 "2 star hotel"
Very uncomfortable beds, walls were blackened with cigarette smoke. Very small shower, carpet in hallways and staircase filthy. The only positive is location as it is only a minutes walk to Termini rail station and breakfast was good. Would not recommend hotel.

 "Outstanding price quality perfect location"
This is an awesome hotel in the middle of Rome. Near the central station. On their website they say that it's only 1 min. walk that's only if you're really slowly walk. I think it's a hotel is a perfect venue for sightseeing Rome.

Pros: Very comfortable, warm and very clean. excellent breakfast with good coffee. excellent location - no frills base for sightseeing rome. we walked everywhere, but few mins from tube and train. staff very helpful - will definitely use again.
