 "Great place to stay felt like we were with family!"
Our visit to Brussels was just mind blowing but the icing on the cake was our stay at Continenral hotel. Travelling as family with 3 teenagers and arriving by train almost at midnight our reception by the lovely manager was "welcome home"! Nothing was too much trouble. First morning after sleeping past the serving time for breKfast we asked him to recommend a local cafe however he organized his staffto serve us despite all being cleared away! When my daughter asked where to buy postage stamps he offered from his office supply and would not accept money. Beds great. Breakfast too good! Will return again.

 "Terrible service from hotel as well as Easytobook!!"
We booked this hotel because of the location, the price and big? room and the free parking. Unfortunately, when we arrived there was no free parking and the women at the service was unbelievely rude to us. She suggested to cancel and find another hotel, which was impossible for us at the moment. It wasn't her problem that the parking was not free, it was ours. Besides the room was too small for five people, there was terrible noise because of a market and it wasn't clean. Normally I never write any reviews but I would never go back to this hotel again!

 "Just below average"
Could be much better, considering the location. Need to put customer service first, need to clean and tidy the entrance and corridors. Balcony should be acces free. Good attention may be there .
