 "Beautiful rooms, good location, great service."
Easy to find, thanks to a sign hanging from the hotel balcony, and very near the vaporetto stop. Useful supermarket nearby. Beautiful rooms and breakfast area. Lovely breakfast and very helpful staff. We stayed in one of the suites which are in a building right next to the hotel, two floors above a pizzeria, not owned by the hotel ( which charged us a cover fee and a 10 percent service charge! ) and near a very noisy juice bar. It was noisy the first night until about eleven, mainly because of the juice bar. In the morning, there was some building noise from near by renovations - hard to avoid though in Venice.
