Good breakfast, great location, and comfortable stay. Expensive hotel but waking up to look out on the Trevi Fountain was fantastic. Also , hard to get lost in the area because so many signs tell you how to get to the Trevi fountain. A great experience. We were also able to get into our room early and since we had just arrived after an all night flight it made our first day in town so much more enjoyable.

Pros: The only positive thing about the hotel was the location
Cons: I was charged far more than i was expecting from my confirmation from yourselves. the rooms were tiny, the bathroom facilities were very poor for a twin room.the first room we were given was down a back alley,almost stretching distance from the building opposite. the shower cubicle was miniscule with only a curtain, which did not reach to the floor, flooding bathroom.double plug socket was literally hanging off the wall.given a better room after complaining but told we would have to move later in the week.had 2 share a bed with my adult daughter. massively wrongly starred, needs a refurb and update. hotel employees need a visit to a hotel with good service. it's no good charging the earth for poor rooms and facilities because there will be no recommendations. i will definately be going on trip advisor. might trick me once.i don't have the confidence in you either now.

Cons: Lots. great location but incredibly noisy throughout the night and morning making it hard to rest. hotel staff was exceptionally rude. did not receive the requested wakeup call the day we were leaving and luckily awoke in time to get to the airport. there aren't any clocks or alarms in the rooms. when asked why we didn't get the wakeup call the concierge said our phone didn't ring. he had no response to why they couldn't have knocked on our door located on the first floor. i would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cons: We had asked for a twin room and were given a small double. the hotel changed it to a large double for our second night however as friends we would have preferred the twin as the website said it would be. also the hotel has scaffolding from top to bottom so view of the fountain is non-existent at present and this would have been good to know.

Pros: Lovely atmosphere and outstanding location in the very center of historical rome. my daughters got a room facing directly the trevi fountain - unforgettable view with the bustling sounds of the piazza. we had a lovely bathroom with a window and bathtub, the rooms were lovely and clean, even though very small.
Cons: Storage space was a bit limited but that didn´t bother us as we only stayed for a couple of days.

Pros: Charming and well-kept small hotel, and what a location! you don't mind at all the lack of a pool or a gym or other modern facilities, it's perfect with the lovely wooden floors, the beautiful room and hallway decorations. and the view from the breakfast room (fontana di trevi from above) is quite something! to be recommended to all who want the old style!

Cons: I stayed in one of the most expensive rooms in the hotel, however the service in the room was poor. my room interconected to another room and i was able to listen to people next to very clearly, when they watched tv, it made it impossible to stay in the room. also the tv was only in italian, for the price of the room i expected a bit more comodities.
