"It is so close to the holy mosque that eases the movements"

Pros: It is so close to the holy mosque that eases the movements.it has inbuilt shopping centre which what you need.
Cons: The rooms were with no sound block and so could hear noisly the kids crying which disturbed us

Pros: إزعاج ليلا الصوت ينتقل بين الغرف / عند الوصول لم يجد الاستقبال الحجز بالرغم من انه تم تسليمهم نسخه من الحجز وبعد حوالي ساعه تقريبا وبعد التنسيق مع قسم الحجز بالفندق تم ايجاد الحجز وتسليمي الغرفه

"I just didn't find any 5 star hotel service in zamzam?? just big crowd..."

Pros: I just didn't find any 5 star hotel service in zamzam?? just big crowd place with nice decoration , when i asked staff where is a services he told me we are suffering big occupancy and much rush of the season we have 1350 full rooms , this the condolence i get!!!!it's really positive..
Cons: I stay 2 night no one came for cleaning, room run out of towels and tissues i look many for cleaners tray to take supply my self, i surprised no single bottle of water in the room and fridge was totally empty while a mini bar list was there i informed this is the hotel policies not to put any thing in fridge!!

On the lower floors of the same tower, a shopping centre will welcome all guests.
