The Service was excelent. The People are always friendly and helpfull. This Location is placed 100 meter near Rialto Bridge. The rooms are nice and clean. Breakfeast was as discribed and also ok. For my next trip i will first check this Hotel.

Excellent location; easy to get to from airport, 1 minute from Rialto bridge, walking distance or boat to all attractions: staff very friendly and helpful, room simple but pleasant. Great value would stay again!

Pros: The staff members are very nice and the service was much more than exellent and the room was clean
Cons: Last floor was a good place the shower, however had a weak water flow and there was no heat but the staff member gave us another cover so everything was cool . i still recommand
